Pessoal, deu um trabalho danado configurar o oneorzero pra enviar e-mails quando um ticket é aberto, mas consegui resolver olhando alguns tópicos no fórum, mas meu problema agora é o seguinte... uso o OneorZero 1.6final, quando o ticket é respondido não chega um e-mail para o cliente que abriu o ticket avisando que o mesmo foi respondido. Outra coisa é que quando um ticket é aberto não chega nenhum e-mail para o grupo de suporte avisando que uma nova chamada foi aberta.

-1 updates do not get emailed to user by default the update pulldown menu is set to 'update supporter' , im not sure if this info helps or you are refering to a bug
-2 new task emails do not go to the entire group If you are able to create a shared email box or newsletter you can set that as email adress of support pool (to set the email of support pool, edit á user and change the last number of the address bar to 1 , then set pager and email to the desired address)
Ao abrir um ticket ele está enviando e-mail's e até quando o mesmo é fechado, o problema está quando o ticket é respondido. Utilizei o helpdesk numa empresa que fornecia hospedagem para um site meu e lá também tinha o mesmo sistema, acontece que quando o ticket que eu tinha aberto fosse respondido, imediatamente chegava um e-mail pra min avisando que o mesmo foi respondido.

if i understand correct (weird freetranslation result) the trouble you have is that the update email takes ages to get delivered
in this post i understand that email does work, but i'll stil clarify what i ment this is only to show where you can find it, not a solution
