Access to AIMS software, updates and support is provided with OneOrZero engaging with you directly to support for your AIMS installation Your software will not expire and no restrictions will be applied when your support hours are used Membership covers single site usage Platinum Membership includes one to one support that allows us to work directly with you and your site. With our high level of customer service, experience and expertise we can help you to implement and utilize your OneOrZero environment. One to one support is provided via our client support system, live chat and remote control functionality (where required) with a service response time within 24 hours during the normal business week (Monday to Friday) with our current average response time being under 12 hours. Your package includes 5 hours of intensive support. This package can easily be extended where required if you need additional support time. We do not limit what the support hours can be used for, however if you require extensive customisation we recommend contacting us for a quotation.
